awork DMEXCO Booth
Event Design, Print Design, 2026
At DMEXCO 2026 in Cologne everything at awork revolved around one topic: the AI rollout for agencies. I designed the complete trade fair stand for it, from the illuminated cube beneath the hall ceiling to the cabin and panels and the printed matter to take away.
At its centre is the AI agent character I had developed for awork beforehand. On the stand it welcomes visitors life-size and larger.
The Stand
An island stand, open to view from all sides. Every surface has a job: the cube catches people from afar, the large walls state the promise, panels with screens show the product in action.
Light lilac, concentric circles and plenty of empty space keep the design calm so that character and interface can do the talking.

The Cube
Four sides of almost two metres each, lit from within. Character and interface elements wrap around the corners, so every angle yields a complete picture, and the cube reads as one object rather than four posters.

Cabin & Panels
The cabin in the middle carries the two main messages and the character, two free-standing panels explain agents and governance and frame the screens. Together with the cube that makes around 50 square metres of printed surface, set up at a scale of 1:1.

Demo Cards
Instead of business cards there were cards whose QR code leads straight to booking a demo, in German and English. The character on the front, the promise on the back: an agentic agency in 30 minutes.
Folded Leaflet
The cheat sheet to take away is a cross fold: 15 × 15 centimetres when closed, a cross with ten pages when open. Every unfolding goes one step deeper: from the problem to the agents to the six phases of the AI rollout, which stretch across the full width.
