halpy Print Design
Print Design, Signage, 2026
Everything at halpy you can touch: flyers and folders for clients, business cards for the management team, posters, door lettering and the company sign at the entrance.
As Design Lead I designed the home-care service's print materials from late 2023 and prepared them for print, in the same calm blue-green and with the same soft gradients as the website and the ads.
Leaflet Holder
What happens when the flyers run out? The back panel of the leaflet holder answers that itself: “No flyers left? No problem.” Phone numbers and QR code stay visible even when the holder is empty: the filled holder on the left, the empty one on the right. The logo sits on the front as a die-cut sticker.
Flyers
Folded A5 leaflets introduce the care service, as door-to-door mailings for Lübeck, Kiel and Preetz. The outside carries the promise and the audit grades, the inside the services with my illustrations from the website and the route to a care level.
For Kiel and Preetz this grew into a six-page gatefold: the additional flap introduces everyday support.
Team
The team gets print materials of its own, too: a leaflet for applicants with a look inside the office, and the “29 + 01” card, when halpy permanently gave everyone an extra day of holiday.
Business Cards
The management team's business cards open like a small book: the logo on the front, signet and QR code on the back, portrait and contact details inside. The card stays calm and still has room for a face.
Name and contact details have been replaced with placeholders here.
Folder
Every consultation comes with an A4 folder with a pocket, for the contract, the overview of services and the guide “Care services at home”.
Spaces
Three posters in the offices show what the brand stands for: appreciative, helpful, innovative. In the stairwell a large “Moin” with Lübeck's Holstentor greets visitors, the glass door of the meeting room reads “Ideenfabrik” in white cut vinyl, and the company sign hangs at the entrance.

Notices
A counter display, a cardboard flyer holder that ships along with the flyers, and notices with job offers, for instance on the university notice board.

Stamp
Even the company stamp follows the identity: signet on the left, address on the right, framed by a bold border.
Jerseys
For the dragon boat race the staff got jerseys of their own, as the “halpy Hippos”, with a mascot I drew for the occasion.
The group picture is an AI visualisation: this is how the team would look at the jetty.
